Crisis!
When emergencies occur it can be hard to know how to manage the crisis situation you are in.
As older people age and their energy reduces every day life can become challenging. Add to that a major change and completing the most basic of every day task can drain all of their available energy. After that even minor changes can have a gradual cumulative effect until Crisis is reached.
The most common factor to bring to highlight crisis is a fall or a series of falls. The fall is often the tip of an iceberg and an indicator that all may not have been well for some time! Fear of hospital admissions or costs associated with care can lead people into not revealing, or accepting, they are not managing as well as they should be.
With my expertise and knowledge of managing crisis situations and hospital discharges I can help.

My advice, support and guidance will be based on any advanced care decisions that may have been made if the situation requires it.
Please also be aware that my consideration of your status will be total. To clarify, this may centre around the individuals current capacity to make decisions on their own care or on another persons status to make decisions e.g. the holding of Power of Attorney for Health and Welfare or Financial Power of Attorney.

For your ongoing reassurance and peace of mind I also offer Priority Access for monthly levels of ongoing support from £75.00 a month - to secure priority access I have a minimum term of 3 months paid in advance. This is to make sure that I have a clear understanding of my capacity offer priority access to other clients. Please note that I require 1 months notice to cancel.
